Morning & Night Routine Techniques


The picture is a whole vibe... I KNOW lol.


So last week whilst I sat and watched a beautiful pond with Swams swimming around. I listened to Tools of Titans by Will Ferris and I've picked up some great techniques to hype my mornings up and chill my nights right down.


Morning Routine:

- Speeches with doing your typical washing face & brushing teeth

- 1 minutes reps of one exercise such as star jumps, pushups or situps (I actually still do this in the bathroom)

- Shower with a 30 seconds cold water finish

BRUTAL BUT I LOVE IT!


Night Routine:

- Candy crush or tetris

- 1 episode of a happy series


If you are anything like me and struggling to well function atm I lie down and play maybe a hour or so of Willy Wonka Candy Crush with New Girl on in the background. This has generally changed my life and gives me inner peace.
