So I have a caravan holiday coming up with my family! Meaning 1/3 of a caravan fridge! Not easy, but extremely doable. I adore that my healthy consultant lifestyle traveling has confirmed I can do anything, anywhere!
- Create a food plan of meals realistic meals
- Weetabix & protein yoghurt
- Protein shake
- Tuna pita, veg, nut bar & apple
- Mackeral, veg and buts
- Smoked salmon and veg
- The above meals of course then fit into a shopping list
- Pack the food and save the fresh food to buy when you arrive
